Field Sales Foundation Representative (ONTARIO)

(In-Person Assessments) – Commission-Based
Location: Barrie, Ontario (Service Area: Within a 2-hour radius)
Part-time with growth into full-time

Role Summary

This position involves travelling to customer homes to complete foundation and basement assessments, identify issues, explain solutions, and build customer confidence in DryCore’s recommended scope of work. You will also handle follow-up calls, estimate reviews, closing projects and scheduling support.

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential and no cap on growth.

Compensation & Incentives (Uncapped)

Base Commission: 8% on closed sales
Travel Coverage Bonus: +1%
Phone Coverage Bonus: +1%
Total Commission: Up to 10%
Performance Bonuses: Available based on results and consistency

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person basement and foundation assessments
Diagnose issues such as water intrusion, foundation cracks, seepage, drainage problems, sump failures, crawlspace moisture, etc.
Educate homeowners on DryCore systems and solutions
Build estimates and present options clearly and professionally
Follow up with homeowners and close projects
Maintain organized notes and updates in the CRM
Coordinate with production to ensure clean project handoffs
Hit monthly performance targets

Qualifications

Sales experience in home services and waterproofing, or hands-on skills experience.
Confident communicator with strong closing ability
Clean, professional appearance and strong customer presence
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Comfortable working independently in the field
Organized, disciplined, and motivated by commission income
